The promise

If you're not happy with your CozyPaw order — for any reason, even if the bottle is half empty — email hello@cozypaw.us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you. Full stop.

What you don't need to do

What you do need to do

  1. Email hello@cozypaw.us within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number (it's in your receipt email).
  3. That's it.

We'll process the refund within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement free of charge — no need to return the original.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time before the next bill date — no refund needed because no money has changed hands yet. If a subscription order has already shipped and you decide you don't want it, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies to that shipment just like a one-time order.

Multiple refunds

If you find yourself requesting refunds on every order, we may close your account and stop accepting future orders. This is rare. It's not the same as occasional, legitimate refunds — those are fine and welcomed.
