Where we ship
The 50 US states only, for now. We don't currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, US territories, or internationally. International shipping is on our roadmap.
Cost
Free on every order, every size. No minimums.
Speed
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our US fulfillment partner. Total delivery time including transit is typically 5–7 business days from order date. Orders placed Friday/Saturday/Sunday ship the following Monday.
Carrier
USPS Ground Advantage by default. Large accessory items (beds, stands) may ship UPS or FedEx ground depending on size.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping notification email with tracking the moment your label is created. Tracking updates appear within 24 hours.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn't moved in 5+ business days, email hello@cozypaw.us with your order number. We'll either chase the carrier or send a replacement.
Damaged packages
If a package arrives crushed or with broken contents, send a photo to hello@cozypaw.us within 7 days. We'll send a free replacement, no need to ship the damaged one back.
Wrong address
Check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, email us within 1 hour of ordering and we'll catch it before the label is generated. After that, the package will go to the address on file — we can't redirect it mid-route.
Subscription deliveries
Your subscription bills and ships on the same day each month (the day you originally placed the order). You'll get a reminder email 3 days before each ship date. You can pause or skip a delivery from the link in that email.
