Auto-renewal disclosure
Your CozyPaw subscription automatically renews and rebills every 30 days at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. The 15% subscription discount applies to every renewal as long as the subscription is active. You can cancel at any time before the next billing date and you won't be charged again.
How billing works
- Your card is charged on the same day each month (your original order date).
- You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before each charge.
- If a payment fails, we'll retry over 3 days and email you. If still failing, the subscription pauses automatically.
How to cancel
You can cancel any of three ways:
- Click the "Manage subscription" link in any subscription email.
- Email hello@cozypaw.us with "cancel subscription" in the subject. We'll cancel within 1 business day.
- From your account portal (link in receipt emails).
No retention calls. No "are you sure" friction. We'll confirm by email when it's done.
Pause or skip
You can pause a subscription for 30/60/90 days or skip a single delivery without cancelling. Use the same link as cancellation; pick "pause" or "skip" instead.
Price changes
If we ever change the subscription price, active subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies. You can cancel before the change takes effect.
California, New York, and other states with auto-renewal laws
This disclosure is provided under California's Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17600 et seq.), New York General Business Law § 527-a, and similar laws. The auto-renewal terms above apply to your subscription regardless of state.
